Elderly care
People who practice elderly care at home have a lot of patience, they know how to listen and care an old person. To respond promptly to the requests of the customers, our company has a database of potential people who want to work in these activities, their age is between 35 - 50 - 55 years, without too many obligations and the part of baby-sitting experience is an important extra element.

These persons are recruited through advertisement, job offewrs at AJOFM, or recommendations. Only those who pass the interview remain in the database as a possible candidate for a job. People have to be honest, fair, reliable, and neat, with nice physical appearance, be healthy and have a spotless record. Also a recommendation letter is a plus for the person concerned.

Elderly care activities is not limited only to take care of the elderly, but rather, we have demands for company, walk, payment of fees, cart services. A critical success factor in business activity is the quality of services, reliability, trust and constant communication between company - staff - clients.
